Good Grades Program
Atlantic Housing offers rent discounts and/or incentives to families with students (K—12) who achieve perfect attendance and are on the A or A/B honor roll.
Atlantic Housing may offer rental discounts or alternate incentives for qualifying residents each semester based on the metrics stated below. A semester is comprised of 3 six week periods or 2 nine week periods (2 quarters). Discounts can be combined for residents with multiple children but cannot exceed more than one month’s rent and do not apply if another assistance is being received (alternate incentives exist). Awards will be calculated each March and August. Residents will be notified appropriately.
- 5% rental discount for A/B honor roll
- 10% rental discount for A honor roll
- 10% rental discount for perfect attendance
- Alternate incentives may be awarded in lieu of rental discounts

Requirements:
A report card must be submitted by January 31 (for fall semesters) and July 31 (for spring semesters). The report card must have the following:
- Student Name
- School Name
- Grade
- Attendance for semester
- Grade average for the semester
- Correct year
Discounts and incentives are typically applied to the rent due in March and September. The Atlantic Housing Foundation reserves the right to discontinue the grade program at any time. If you have multiple students in your household, please fill out a application form for each student.
